Lily Allen appears topless in Harpers Bazaar, Russia edition. So unless you live in Moscow, you’ll have to settle for this photo.

Now, surely this isn’t the first time we see Lily Allen topless. The photo is a bit blurry as well – I guess she popped out of the balcony just to show off her nipples.
